For two hours, the doors of Maison Tilleul open to reveal a living, precise expertise that is deeply rooted in the region. Here, we cook as we welcome guests: with attention, curiosity, and generosity. Around the worktop, techniques are exchanged, seasonal produce is discussed, and a three-course menu takes shape, step by step. Classes are held in small groups to encourage discussion and ensure that techniques are mastered. They take place on Thursday and Saturday evenings, or on Monday at lunchtime. For those who wish, the experience can begin earlier, at the Bédoin market, where you can meet the producers and discover the colors of Ventoux. The welcome takes place at Maison Tilleul, over a shared drink. A recipe book, designed and illustrated especially for the occasion, prolongs the moment. Then comes the tasting, because the meal is best enjoyed where it was created. The classes are open to guests of the house as well as outside visitors. In a group or private setting, for a couple, a family, a special moment, you will leave with much more than a recipe: a lasting memory.
